For this incredible Loaded Baked Nachos recipe, I drew inspiration from an amazing video tutorial by Nghtrvlr on TikTok.

- 1 cup of black beans, rinsed and drained

- 1 cup of corn kernels (fresh or canned)

- 1 small red onion, finely diced

- 1 ripe avocado, diced

- 1 small tomato, diced

- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
