Quick and Delicious: 10-Minute Baked Brownies Recipe

To make "10 Minutes to Bake! Easy Brownies", gather your materials including 100g of chocolate, 70g of unsalted butter, 120g of whole egg, 85g of fine granulated sugar, 40g of milk, 50g of soft flour, 25g of cocoa, 2g of baking powder, and about 15 pieces of cocoa biscuits. Start by sifting together the flour (cocoa, soft flour, baking powder) and placing the baking paper in the mold. Preheat the oven to 180℃ and bring the whole eggs and milk to room temperature. Next, melt the chocolate and unsalted butter in a hot water bath, then in a separate bowl, beat the whole eggs, add the granulated sugar, and mix.

Add milk to this mixture and mix again. Gradually add the chocolate and unsalted butter to this mixture and mix well. While sifting the flour, add it to the mixture and mix well. Pour this mixture into a mold lined with baking paper and top with cocoa biscuits. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 to 23 minutes, checking with a bamboo skewer for doneness. After baking, remove from the mold and let cool on a cake cooler. Once cooled, cut into 16 equal pieces. You can also sprinkle the brownies with powdered sugar that won't melt.

Materials:

  • 100g Chocolate
  • 70g Unsalted Butter
  • 120g Whole Egg
  • 85g Fine Granulated Sugar
  • 40g Milk
  • 50g Soft Flour
  • 25g Cocoa
  • 2g Baking Powder
  • About 15 Pieces of Cocoa Biscuits

Preparation:

1. Sift together the flour (cocoa, soft flour, baking powder).

2. Place baking paper in the mold.

3. Preheat the oven to 180℃.

4. Bring the whole eggs and milk to room temperature.

Instructions:

1. Put chocolate and unsalted butter in a bowl and melt in a hot water bath.

2. In a separate bowl, beat the whole eggs, add the granulated sugar, and mix with a whisk.

3. Add milk to the mixture from step 2 and mix again.

4. Gradually add the chocolate from step 1 and unsalted butter to the mixture from step 3, mixing well with a whisk.

5. While sifting the flour from step 4, add it to the mixture from step 4 and mix well with a whisk.

6. Pour the mixture into a mold lined with baking paper and top with cocoa biscuits.

7. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 to 23 minutes. The brownies are done when a bamboo skewer inserted into them doesn't stick, or if you prefer them moist until the bamboo skewer turns slightly brown. If it sticks, they need to cook more. Adjust the temperature and time according to your oven.

8. Remove from the mold and let cool on a cake cooler. Once cooled, cut into 16 equal pieces. You can also sprinkle the brownies with powdered sugar that won't melt.
