  • Light flour…10g
  • Dark sweet cherry...170g
  • Pistachio...2 grains

Directions

Crumble

1. Process butter, granulated sugar, almond powder, and soft flour until crumbly in a food processor.

2. Freeze 20g portions for future use.

Tart Stand (Cookie Dough)

1. Soften butter in the microwave, add powdered sugar, mix well, and add egg yolk.

2. Sift in flour, mix thoroughly, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

3. Roll out 150g of dough, place it on the mold, and create firm corners.
