Directions

Preparation

1. Bring butter and cream cheese to room temperature.

2. Separate eggs into yolks and whites.

3. Sift soft flour and strain almond powder.

4. Cut fresh cherries in half and remove seeds.

5. Line the mold with paper or coat with softened butter.

6. Preheat the oven to 20 degrees above the baking temperature.
