  • 1 loaf mini sandwich rolls
  • 8 slices of smoked turkey
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 8 slices of roast beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the mini sandwich rolls in half horizontally.
  • Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each roll and Dijon mustard on the top half.
  • Layer the sliced turkey, ham, and roast beef on the bottom half of the rolls.
