Valentine's Day Dessert Maccaron

First off, gather your ingredients. You'll need:

- 42g egg whites

- 17g fine granulated sugar

- 0.5g dry egg whites

- 65g pure sugar

- Wilton Colors (as needed)

- 30g heavy cream

- Wilton Marzipan Powder

- 25g powdered sugar

- 3.5g water

Step By Step :

Begin by whipping the egg whites until they form soft peaks. Then, gradually add the fine granulated sugar and continue to beat until you achieve a glossy white color.

Next, add the dry egg whites and continue to beat until the mixture becomes smooth and glossy. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.

Simultaneously, in another bowl, mix the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and water to create a ganache. Heat this mixture over low heat until it reaches 100 degrees Fahrenheit (about 38 degrees Celsius).

While the ganache is heating, fill a large star mold with marzipan powder. Pipe the egg white mixture onto the filled molds, filling each mold to the top. Once the egg whites have cooled, carefully remove them from the molds.

Next, dip each macaron into the warm ganache, allowing it to soak in completely. Once they're thoroughly coated, pop them out and let them sit on a wire rack to dry.

Finally, dust your macarons with Wilton Colors of your choice to create a stunning display of Valentine's Day goodness. And there you go! You've successfully made your own decadent macarons. Enjoy!
