Ingredients You'll Need:

- Crepe fabric

- 60g strong flour

- 20g granulated sugar

- A pinch of salt

- 180g milk

- 60g whole egg

- 10g unsalted butter

- 60g raw chocolate

- 40g fresh cream

- Additional:

 - 100g fresh cream

 - 10g granulated sugar

 - 4 bananas (slightly smaller size is recommended)

Making the Crepe:

1. Mix the Dry Ingredients: Start by combining the strong flour, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

2. Warm the Milk: Pour 180g of milk into a heat-resistant mug and warm it for about 30 seconds. Then, add half of the milk to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

3. Add the Eggs and Butter: Include the whole egg and the remaining milk into the bowl. Melt the 10g of unsalted butter in the microwave and mix it well with the batter.

4. Prepare the Crepe Fabric: Strain the dough through a mesh once and cover it with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or you can leave it overnight.

5. Bake the Crepe: Before baking, mix the dough thoroughly again to ensure the powder has settled towards the bottom. Heat a frying pan and add a very thin layer of oil. Pour about 8 minutes of batter into the ladle and bake it on medium heat. Flip the crepe when the surface is lumpy and the edges are slightly burnt and colored. Bake the other side for about 10 seconds.

Making the Chocolate Sauce:

1. Heat the Cream: Place the 100g of fresh cream in a heat-resistant container and heat it in the microwave until it boils.

2. Mix with Chocolate: Add the 60g of chocolate and let it stand for 30 seconds. Using a whisk, mix little by little starting from the center to emulsify.

3. Pour into a Loaf Pan: Pour the mixture into a 17-18cm loaf pan lined with paper. Chill and harden in the freezer. Once cooled and hardened, remove from the mold and cut into 8 equal pieces.

Decorating the Chewy Chocolate Banana Crepe:

1. Prepare the Fresh Cream and Sugar: Combine the fresh cream and granulated sugar and whip until stiff.

2. Assemble the Crepe: Place the whipped cream in a piping bag (no tip). Top with fresh chocolate, whipped cream, and a slice of banana cut in half. Fold the fabric in front of you, then fold the fabric on the sides inward, wrapping it as you would make spring rolls. Wrap all 8 pieces.

And there you have it! Your Chewy Chocolate Banana Crepe is ready to be enjoyed. This crepe is not just a dessert but a cake decoration that's sure to impress. Enjoy your homemade treat!
